1. Responsibility for Natural Disasters

HP INNOVA will not be held liable for any disruptions, delays, or damages resulting from natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or any other acts of nature. Clients are advised to have their own contingency plans in place to mitigate the impact of such events.

2. Agreement Integrity

Once this agreement is signed by both parties, it is considered binding and enforceable. No third party is permitted to interfere with or disturb the terms and conditions agreed upon. Any disputes or modifications must be addressed directly between HP INNOVA and the client.

3. Payment Terms

All payments made to HP INNOVA are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Clients must ensure they understand and agree to this policy before making any payments.

4. Service Hours

HP INNOVA operates between 5:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Our offices are closed on Thursdays. Clients can expect responses and support during these hours. Any services required outside these hours must be pre-arranged and confirmed in advance.

5. Pre-Meeting Contact

Clients must contact HP INNOVA via Skype, WhatsApp, or our official phone number before scheduling any meetings. This ensures that the appropriate personnel are available and prepared to discuss the client’s needs.

6. Timely Payments

Clients are required to make all payments on time as per the agreement. Failure to do so may result in delays or cessation of services until payments are received.

7. Unique Pricing Plans

HP INNOVA’s pricing plans are specific to our company and services. We do not honor or apply pricing plans from other companies. Each client will receive a customized pricing plan based on their specific needs and requirements.

8. Data Security

HP INNOVA takes the security of client data seriously. Personal information such as ID card copies and other sensitive data will be securely stored and protected from unauthorized access.

9. Use of Information

Client information will be used solely for the purpose of creating official social media accounts or other authorized services. We will not use or share this information for any other purposes without explicit consent.

10. Data Protection

HP INNOVA is committed to protecting client data. Passwords and other sensitive information will not be shared with any third party. Clients can trust that their data is secure with us.

11. Permission for Information Use

We will not use any personal information provided by the client without obtaining explicit permission. This ensures that the client’s privacy is respected and maintained at all times.

12. Virtual Assistance

HP INNOVA offers virtual assistance services. Clients requiring these services should contact our Head of Department (HOD) on Skype (HP IT MASTER) to arrange and discuss their needs.

13. Package Selection

Clients must select and finalize their service package before placing an order. HP INNOVA offers fixed pricing plans that are transparent and tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements.

14. Timely Decision Making

Clients are expected to make decisions and finalize requirements in a timely manner to avoid delays. HP INNOVA will adhere to agreed timelines, provided the client meets their responsibilities.

15. Service Provision

Services will be provided strictly according to the client’s order specifications. Any changes or additional requests must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

16. Monthly Payments for Virtual Assistance

Payments for virtual assistance services are due on the first of each month. Clients must ensure timely payment to avoid any interruptions in service.

17. Project Cooperation Period

HP INNOVA will actively cooperate on a project for a period of three days. If no progress is made within this timeframe, the project will be considered canceled. Clients must ensure that all necessary information and decisions are provided promptly.

18. Processing Fees

A processing fee is required at the time of order placement. This fee covers administrative costs and is non-refundable.

19. Initial Payment

Clients must make an initial payment of at least 50% of the total project cost before work commences. This ensures commitment and allows us to allocate resources accordingly.

20. Annual Renewal Charges

Services that require annual renewal, such as website hosting, will incur renewal charges. Clients must pay these charges to continue their services without interruption.

21. Professional Meetings

HP INNOVA will arrange meetings with our professional HODs to discuss the specific services needed by the client. These meetings ensure that clients receive expert advice and tailored solutions.

22. Partnership Terms

In the case of a partnership, both HP INNOVA and the client will share profits and losses. Detailed terms of the partnership will be outlined in a separate agreement.

23. Annual Expense Review

All service expenses will be reviewed and adjusted annually based on the current dollar exchange rate. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

24. Independence Assurance

This agreement does not affect the independence of the client or HP INNOVA. Both parties retain their autonomy and the right to operate independently.

25. Amendments

Any amendments to HP INNOVA’s policies will require a joint meeting with the board members. Clients will be informed of any changes that may affect their services or agreements.
